BOB'S CASSEROLE 
3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 can peas lg.
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (opt.)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Brown ground beef and onions until brown. Layer potatoes, peas, ground beef and onion, chopped tomatoes (save juice). Add salt, pepper, garlic powder after each layer. Pour tomato juice from tomatoes and tomato sauce on top. Bake, covered 325 degrees 30 minutes, uncovered another 30 minutes until potatoes are done.
