EGG-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. bulk sausage
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices cubed bread
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Mix browned sausage, bread, cheese; add eggs, mustard and milk. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish and let set in refrigerator 12 hours. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees or until set and browned on top.
