SAUSAGE POPPINS 
8 oz. breakfast sausage (hot)
8 oz. cream cheese @ room temp.
12 slices white bread
18 slices bacon

Brown sausage. In large bowl mix sausage and cream cheese. Cut crusts off of bread and flatten with rolling pin. Spread sausage cheese mixture on bread and roll.

Cut roll into 1/3rds. Wrap each roll in 1/2 slice of bacon.

Bake at 400F until bacon is done. Serve hot or cold.

Makes 36 pieces.
