BEST SAUSAGE DIP IN THE UNIVERSE 
1 lb. original or hot sausage
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans Rotel original diced tomatoes with green chilies

Melt creamed cheese in pot. Add Rotel (do not drain cans!)

Brown sausage, breaking up until crumbly. Drain fat and add to cheese and Rotel.

Enjoy!
