TWICE BAKED STUFFED POTATOES 
2 baked potatoes, cut in half
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
1 tbsp. butter
Shredded American or grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. After cutting potatoes in half, scoop out the insides leaving shell of peel. Mix together the potato, milk, salt, and pepper. Place potato shell on greased baking sheet, and stuff potato mixture into shells. Dot with butter and sprinkle tops with either type of cheese. Bake 15 minutes. 2 servings.
