STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
5 or 6 baked potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
16 oz. bag mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
Parmesan cheese

In skillet, brown ground beef and chopped onion. Drain, then add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 10 minutes. Cook vegetables according to package. Split baked potatoes. Top with ground beef mixture and mixed vegetables. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste.

I do much the same without the Worcestershire sauce and add only green beans. Still just as yummy and filling.
