CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs & 2 egg yolks OR 4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and salt. Add milk and vanilla. Strain custard mixture into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) for 30 to 40 minutes.
