AL'S NO-CRUST COCONUT CUSTARD

2 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the above. Beat at medium speed of a hand mixer for two minutes. Pour into a 9" pie plate. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. You will have a pie with a crust.
