EGG CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Beat egg just until completely mixed, do not over beat. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until custard is set.
