EASY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. unsifted flour
2/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 c. Angel Flake Coconut (1 pkg.)
1 tbsp. butter, cut up

Easy pie!! It makes its own crust.

Grease and flour glass pie pan (8" is best). Pour in all ingredients. Top with a dash of nutmeg for topping last few minutes before done. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool to set.
