YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1/4 c. frozen suet
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lightly beaten eggs
Optional: 1/4 - 1/2 broth from roast

Cut suet into tiny pieces and melt in a 9 X 13 inch glass baking dish. Take out cracklings. Add broth from roast. Mix rest of ingredients, pour over suet (and broth). Do not stir.

Bake 10 minutes at 400°F, then 15 minutes at 300°F.
