FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
Juice from 1 med. size can sliced pineapple (about 8 slices)
1/4 c. butter (1/2 cube or less)
1/2 c. sugar (scant)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour

Remove pineapple slices and put aside. Cook listed ingredients in a double boiler until thickened. Chill.
