PEACH PIZZA 
3 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 (28 oz.) can peaches, drained
3 tbsp. cream
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix yeast with 3/4 cup warmed milk. When dissolved add 1 1/2 cup flour plus the butter, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 eggs. Beat well and add the other 1 1/2 cup flour. Knead lightly, divide in half and pat into two 9 inch round pizza pans or onto 1 large cookie sheet. Cover and let rise 30 to 45 minutes.

Top with canned peaches covered with 1 egg beaten with 3 tablespoons cream, 1 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
