SAUSAGE-BEAN CHOWDER | |
2 lbs. sausage 4 c. water 2 cans pinto beans 2 cans stewed tomatoes 1 onion, chopped 2 potatoes, peeled and diced 1 bay leaf 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Brown sausage and drain. Add all ingredients in large pan and simmer 1 hour. If you want it hot and spicy, use hot sausage and Ro-Tel tomatoes. |
