STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 green peppers
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground round
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and wash. Parboil for 3-5 minutes. Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper; mix well. Stuff into peppers. Place in greased baking dish, cover with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
