SEAFOOD STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled & deveined
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab, thawed & drained
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
Bread crumbs
butter

Steam hulled peppers 5 minutes. Combine mayonnaise and seasonings. Add this to other ingredients. Stuff peppers. Top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
