STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 c. brown or white rice
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) tomato soup
1 can water

Remove seed from peppers and wash. Combine salt, pepper, rice, browned ground beef, milk and onion. Stuff peppers lightly and place in pan. Add tomato soup and water, then cover. Cook for 30 minutes at 300°F.
