STUFFED SQUASH 
3-4 med. yellow squash
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 lb. saltine crackers, crumbled
1/2 stick butter

Boil squash in salted water until tender. Drain. Cut necks off squash and place necks in mixing bowl. Cut squash lengthwise, remove centers. Mash centers and necks together until smooth. Add butter, onions, eggs and crackers. Mix well.
