8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 jar sm. artichokes
2 cloves garlic

Drain artichokes. Combine all of the above ingredients (dice cheese) and heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
