SAUSAGE AND BEANS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
3 (16 oz.) cans pork 'n beans
3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 lb. Eckrich smoked sausage (cut in 2-inch pieces)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and simmer slowly, covered for 1 hour. (Stir occasionally, adding water if necessary.) Feeds 6-8 people.
