RED BEANS AND RICE 
1 pkg. red kidney beans, dried
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 cans water, use sauce cans
2 smoked ham hocks
4-5 smoked link sausages
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
Dash Tabasco sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Soak beans overnight in covered container in water with a pinch of baking soda. The next day, wash beans and return to pot, adding remaining ingredients blend thoroughly and cook slowly for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
