ALASKAN HALIBUT CADDY GANTY | |
2 lbs. halibut fillets White wine Bread crumbs SAUCE: 2 parts sour cream 1 part mayonnaise 1 part chopped onion Lightly salt fillets, soak in wine to cover for 2 hours. Drain and dry well. Coat with bread crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish. Mix sauce and cover fish completely with it. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4. |
