ROSHKI 
6 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 sm. cake yeast
2 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Mix as you would pie dough. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add this to dough. Work with hands. Roll out dough in sugar to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut in squares. Place a small amount of filling on each square. Press opposite corners together to shape into horn. Bake on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
