H.'S HEY MACK CHILI MACK 
1 tbsp. oil or butter
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce, or more
1/2 pkg. frozen peas & carrots
2 c. cooked & drained macaroni
5 slices American cheese
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped celery

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown and drain ground turkey. Add onion, celery, chili powder, garlic and toss on medium heat. Add tomato sauce, macaroni and stir in peas and carrots. Add more tomato sauce or no more than 1/4 cup water. Mix together and pour in a baking dish. Place cheese slices on top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Dig in, count the calories, grams of fat, sodium, cholesterol and the food groups then smile and say this is good!
