2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. angel flake coconut
4 eggs

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand for about 5 minutes then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
