WILD RICE DRESSING 
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
6 tbsp. butter
6 oz. wild rice, cooked
2 oz. pimento
8 oz. stuffing mix
1 c. boiling water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, if planning to bake. Saute celery, mushrooms and parsley in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Stuff a fowl or bake in a greased 9 x 12 inch dish for 15 minutes or until warmed through. Serves 8.
