1 unbaked pie shell 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. chopped onion 1 (3 oz.) can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 c. cooked hot grits 1 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 c. chopped ham or tuna Sprinkle ham and cheese on bottom of unbaked crust. Beat remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese and ham in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes (until knife inserted comes out clean). |
