ALL - IN - ONE - MEAL CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
2 lg. onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. ground chuck
1 can tomatoes

Peel and slice potatoes; place in bottom of casserole dish. Slice onions. Place on top of potatoes, celery next, then meat. Pour tomatoes over and salt and pepper each layer. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender. If desired, replace celery with carrots.
