CHICKEN MEAL CASSEROLE | |
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut up and cooked (see note) 1 can chicken rice soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 2-3 cans Chinese noodles 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 2 onions, chopped 1 sleeve Ritz crackers Combine 2 soups (undiluted) and chicken in saucepan. Heat. Line bottom of casserole pan with noodles, then onions, then chicken mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Crumble crackers on top of cheese. Dab with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until brown. NOTE: Leftover chicken or canned chicken can be used. |
