CORN AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. yellow rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream style corn 1 can Green Giant Mexi-Corn 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese Cook yellow rice as directed on package. Mix together in bowl; yellow rice, cream of chicken soup, cream style corn and Green Giant Mexi-Corn. Pour into 13x9 inch casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top of casserole. Return casserole to oven long enough for cheese to melt. |
