STRAWBERRY YOGURT POPSICLES 
Drain and reserve liquid from 2 (10 ounce) packages strawberries, thawed. Set strawberries aside. Combine in a small saucepan reserved liquid and 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves.

Puree strawberries and gelatin mixture with 1 (16 ounce) carton plain yogurt. Fill 12 paper cups (3 ounces) each with strawberry yogurt mixture. Place filled cups on a tray and cover with aluminum foil. Make a slit in foil over the center of each cup and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze popsicles until firm. Yield: 12 cups.

NOTE: Run warm water over the outside of cups to loosen popsicle.
