SNICKER CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix (super moist)
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt in saucepan caramels, milk and butter on low heat; set aside. Mix cake mix as directed. Pour half of cake mix in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour caramels over cake while hot. Sprinkle pecans and chips on cake. Pour remaining cake mix on top and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. You can also use walnuts or peanuts.
