CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury white cake mix
7/8 tbsp. creme de menthe (not syrup)

Mix cake according to directions, using only egg whites. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Add creme de menthe. Bake according to directions.

Watch oven closely, when toothpick comes out clean remove immediately. Refrigerate overnight or several hours. Spread with Hershey chocolate fudge topping (lid is yellow). Add 2-4 tablespoons creme de menthe to 8 ounce package Cool Whip. Mix well and spread over fudge. Keep refrigerated.
