CREME DE MENTHE DESSERT 
30 lg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies (chocolate with white filling)
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
6 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup

Combine marshmallows and milk on moderate heat until melted. Stir frequently. Cool. Crush cookies into fairly fine crumbs. Spread about 3/4 of crumbs in 9 x 13 inch pan. Whip cream; add creme de menthe and add to marshmallow mixture; spoon evenly over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 12.
