300 gr. lard 50 gr. butter 50 gr. cream cheese 7 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. salt 2-3 eggs 500 gr. flour 1 tsp. baking soda Cream 200 grams lard, add butter and cream cheese with 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add 7 tablespoons milk. In flour, add 1 teaspoon baking powder. Add to creamed mixture and mix. Knead dough on cutting board, cut in finger length strips. Bake in 375 to 400 degree oven until golden. Be careful when removing from pan. They are fragile. |
