SEAFOOD TETRAZZINI 
3 lbs. crayfish, shrimp or crabmeat
3 bell peppers
3 onions
3 sticks butter
3 stalks celery
4 pods garlic
4 tbsp. parsley
1/4 - 1/2 c. flour
1 pt. half and half
1 lb. Velveeta jalapeno
1 (16 oz.) bag fettucini noodles

Saute seasonings in butter. Add parsley and seafood. Cook 10 minutes. Add flour, half and half and cheese. Simmer 20 minutes. Boil noodles. Mix together and pour into greased large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
