I made this recipe but instead of cream cheese I used Philadelphia Cooking Creme which is amazing. This recipe is so easy and absolutely delicious! Also I used a premix of shredded Italian cheese. I definitely recommend this dish!!

I just love this recipe! I started the south beach diet so this will be a popular dish for me. I just use the light cream cheese and half a stick of butter but that is all that I change. I made this for Thansgiving as well and it was a hit. So quick and easy to make compared to all the other creamed spinach ones I found.

Wasn't quite as creamy as I had hoped. Next time I will add more cream cheese and bake just a bit longer but overall, really easy, quick and pretty good. I also might have had more spinach than the recipe calls for as I buy it buy the bag, not the box.

Love this recipe! I made it for Christmas. I added a mix of Italiian cheeses with the cream cheese and added parmesan to the top. I also used 2 large bags of fresh, steamed spinach drained well instead of frozen. Left out the bacon. Thanks a bunch!

I used smart balance butter and soy bacon crumbles and my husband ate the whole pan in 1 day. He LOVED it. He is a huge spinach fan and this is his favorite of all time. Thank you for sharing it.

Absolutely great! Left out the bacon and cheese for dietary reasons and put it into 3 ramekins. Puffed up just like there were eggs in it. Looked fab' and tasted phenom'

I was looking for something good and easy to make and came across this recipe. It turned out great! I didn't think people would eat much because I know how some people don't like spinach, so I made a small dish. Why did I do that. To my surprise people were coming back for 2nds! I am making it again for Christmas.

Wow. I am so impressed. This is a great and easy recipe. I made it using two cans of canned spinach and it turned out great. Like all of you, my kids hate spinach, but today, it's their best friend. Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to try something else.
