1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained

Mix above for 4 minutes. Bake in greased and floured jelly roll pan, 325 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (unsweetened, drained)

Combine above, then fold in a 9 ounce container Cool Whip.
