1 lb. spinach
1 pkg. sprouts
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon, crumbled
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced

Mix all ingredients in bowl.

FOR DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. bacon fat
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. grated onion

Heat all ingredients together in saucepan and pour over spinach salad.
