IRREGULAR SPAGHETTI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 sm. chopped onions
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. oil (optional)
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lg. bottle stuffed olives
1/8 tsp. cayenne (or to taste)
1 qt. can tomatoes, plus juice
1 med. can mushrooms
12 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked

Brown beef, drain. Add onion, bell pepper, oil (optional), chili powder, cream cheese (broken in chunks) and stir well. Add tomato, olives, mushrooms, cooked spaghetti - stir well in large bowl. Fill two 9 x 13 inch dishes - sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Note: Freezes nicely - better day after made. Improves each time reheated.
