ITALIAN CHICKEN 
2 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. slices mozzarella cheese
1 can Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. white wine

Using meat hammer flatten each chicken breast on flat surface. Wrap 1/2 slice mozzarella cheese and each chicken breast into roll and secure with toothpick.

Mix 1/4 cup milk and 1 egg in a bowl. Take each cheese and chicken roll and dip into milk and egg mixture. Then roll in bread crumbs until covered. Place into 9 x 12 inch pyrex dish or baking pan.

In a saucepan melt 1 stick butter with 1/2 cup white wine. After combining drizzle this sauce over chicken in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until browned. Serve with fettucini noodles alfredo.
