ITALIAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken (cut up in pieces)
2 c. olive oil
4 tbsp. garlic salt
1 lg. can tomato paste
2 tsp. thyme
3 tsp. rosemary
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Add all seasonings and garlic salt to olive oil in bowl. Spread 1/2 of the tomato paste on bottom of baking dish. Dip each piece of chicken in olive oil mixture and place in baking dish. Top each piece of chicken with the remaining 1/2 can of tomato paste. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
