ITALIAN CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts
2 c. Italian dressing
Seasoned bread crumbs
Pam spray
2 c. grated extra sharp cheddar cheese

Spray Pam in one deep baking dish. Cut chicken breasts in half, making 6 pieces. Take out bones and remove skin. Use two medium size mixing bowls. In one, add bread crumbs. In another one, the dressing.

Dip chicken one at a time in dressing; then the bread crumbs. Make sure you coat both sides. Lay in baking dish; cover. Bake at 350 degrees until tender. Remove from oven; add cheese. Place back in oven until cheese melts. Serve hot.
