ITALIAN STYLE CHICKEN 
1-2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 beaten eggs
1 clove chopped garlic
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Italian style bread crumbs
Your favorite homemade or jarred spaghetti sauce
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Marinate chicken in 2 beaten eggs and spices 1-2 hours. Pierce the chicken with a fork before marinating. Remove and dip in bread crumbs. Bake in a shallow casserole dish 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn the chicken over and pour spaghetti sauce over it. Return to oven for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or just until cheese melts.
