CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1/4-1/2 head cabbage
2-3 stalks celery
1 lg. onion
4 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
2/3 c. grated med. Cheddar
Toasted bread cubes or stuffing mix

Chop celery and onions and saute in butter. Chop cabbage and set aside. Grease an 8 inch square baking dish and line with a thin layer of crumbs. Sprinkle the most of the cheese over ingredients. Spoon soup and spread evenly. Put remaining bread crumbs over casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
