NO PEEK CHICKEN 
1 c. rice
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 c. (yes, cup) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (yes, cup) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 env. dry onion soup mix
1 chicken

In bottom of a large roasting pan put rice, sprinkle celery and bell pepper over rice. Add all liquids and place chicken on top, then sprinkle with dry soup mix. Seal pan entirely and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. DO NOT PEEK!
