"NO PEEK" CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
6 chicken breasts, skinned
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup

Line casserole with foil. Place rice on bottom and add 1/4 cup broth to moisten. Combine celery and chicken soups with 1/4 cup broth. Place chicken breasts on rice and cover with soup mixture. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Seal with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
