CRAB DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and chives
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
3 dashes garlic salt
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 (7 1/2) cans King crab, drained

Cream cheese well with a mixer. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and Tabasco. Add sour cream slowly. Mixture may not require all sour cream as mixture should remaining very thick. Fold in onion and crab meat with a spoon. Let dip chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. (If made ahead of time, add green onions prior to serving to remain crisp).
