CRAB DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped scallions with green tops
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. Kibun Sea Stix (imitation crabmeat)

Mix well all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Serve on crackers with celery or on baked potatoes.
