APRICOT BARS 
2 egg replacers, beaten in water
1 c. fruit-sweetened apricot fruit spread
1 env. Butter Buds in 1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. mace

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend egg replacers, fruit spread, butter, and vanilla. Add flour, oats, baking powder, salt and spices; mix well. Spread dough into Pam-sprayed 8x12 inch baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm top touch. Cool completely on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
